If you are booking for a family with 3+ children, we recommend booking two consecutive time slots, just to make sure that Santa has time to speak with everybody. For larger groups, please connect via email for suggestions.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled call. If Santa needs to cancel a call, he will also give you 24 hours notice and ensure a refund.
